A preparatory meeting of part of WoCa’22* participants has finished more than a week ago, but vivid emotions from getting to know each other, some information about Botswana and the local projects, still fuel our charge and help to cope with all the preparatory bureaucratic visa and other procedures. Hope it’s the same for you!
This year’s kick-off seminar took place on 4-10 of May in Overijse, Belgium, and gathered 20 young leaders from eRko (Slovakia), AGLT (Romania), KjG (Germany), Chiro Flanders (Belgium), Patro (Belgium), FDF (Denmark), Ateitis (Lithuania), MCECC (Spain).
In addition to that, there was an online session with the participants from India, Philippines, Burundi, Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Congo, Rwanda, Uganda, Botswana, Haiti, Chile, and Paraguay, where we all had a chance to talk a bit, and even practice a World Camp dance together! Chiro Botswana also has joined online to present their organization, and share the excitement of hosting WoCa 2022.
We also hope that nobody refused the idea to participate in the World Camp after a couple of crazy and inspiring stories of previous World Camp participants, Manu, Geril, Alain, Maria, and Tina 😉
We invite you all to check out the after-movie and feel the unique atmosphere of the seminar! You can also deepen your knowledge of Botswana by watching an exclusive presentation from our beloved coordinators.
Tanki!
