Dear FIMCAP friends,
In less than a month we will hold the 27th General Assembly of FIMCAP which will take place on 19 & 20 November 2022.
The General Assembly (GA) is the highest decision-making body of FIMCAP, taking place every 3 years. The GA is made up of delegates from each member organization. Each organisation can be represented with maximum of 5 delegates. If you would like to become a delegate, please, contact your organisation directly.
The meeting will take place on both days from 12:00 – 16:00 UTC time. Check what time this is exactly in your time zone. If the agenda states 12:00 this doesn’t necessarily mean 12:00 in your country. It can be in the morning, afternoon or evening, depending on where you live.

2022 is the first year that we will hold our meeting in an online format. Besides that, a physical extraordinary General Assembly 2023 is still planned for August 2023, so we finally will have the possibility to see each other in person.
